- Multi Unit Department headed by Joe Rakocy. Along with the
multi unit accounts Joe calls on, he coordinates multi unit
operators with the statewide sales department training them to be a
true customer resource to the invaluable multi unit account.

- Cruise Line Department headed by Greg Bunn. Greg uses his
knowledge and relationships in this segment to develop concepts that
add value to the cruise lines and opportunities for our principals.

- Specialty Distribution Department. Jason Feine in South
Florida and George Prybis in North & Central Florida find
opportunities in places new and unique to the traditional Food
Service Sales Agency.

- Managed Account Department. Bill Wojtkiewicz heads this
department. He helps communications flow properly through all
parties to provide the highest level of compliance to our
principals.

- School Food Service & Bid Department. Dan Haines oversees
this department and continues to outpace many other segments with
sales growth.

- Health Care Department. Karen Nash directs this department
focusing on the diverse long term care segment and the traditional
critical care.

- Marketing Department. Joe Rakocy heads this department and
has the ability to custom develop POS, table tents, signage and
flyers for both our operator and distributor customers. Don
Cortright works with Joe to track and monitor marketing functions
and create marketing pieces. This expertise, coupled with Greg
